Participatory sciences are a good way to enhance the role of citizens in the governance of natural ressources.
The Citizen Laboratory of Expédition MED is a good opportunity for people to reconnect with nature while contributing to protect and study it.
The expeditions, which have seen scientists and eco-volunteers working together , have contributed to scientific advances on biodiversity.
The data collected during these expeditions are used by our partner laboratories (see Achievements).
Most of the handlings are doable by the volunteers after a short training provided by a qualified staff.
The scientific protocols are detailled and volunteers are covered by the requirements of scientific handling.
If they wish, volunteers can also participate to actions organized with partner NGOs arround the Méditerranean.
